I am off to Thruxton, the UK's fastest track, racing at JSCC round 5. Never raced there before, but at least I had the opportunity to do a test day two weeks ago.
The official Testing is on Friday. Paid Practice, Qualifying and Race 1 on Saturday, concluding with two more races on Sunday. Oh yes, and it's the Thruxton Summer Festival, so it should be amazing!
If you get a chance, please come round and say "hello". Kids love to have a sit in the racing car, so please bring them over and we can give them the full tour of the race set up.

When I was younger my family and I never knew that going to watch live racing did not have to cost a fortune. You can get tickets from £16 at the Thruxton web page: https://thruxtonracing.co.uk/racing/thruxton-summer-festival. Children 15 and under go free.
PRO TIP: If you are available on Friday, there is no charge to come and watch Testing.
