Getting towards the end of my time at the Silverstone UTC. Part of my final year has been a project.
I really wanted to do something with cars, so I took an old remote-controlled car of mine, ripped out all the electronics and replaced them with a Raspberry Pi controlling the motors, LEDs as well as a buzzer, ultrosonic distance sensors, a compass module and even GPS.
It was all controlled over the network via either a web browser os dedicated devices like another Raspberry Pi with a joystick, and "System On a Chip" devices like an ESP32 with embedded gyroscope and accellerometer.

It was an amazing day and I had the chance to talk to so many representatives from various businesses like Omron, Aston Martin and many more. I even managed to talk to a representatives from the Royal Airforce.
